Matthew J. Boudreau, CPA
Matt is a partner in the Dillon Consulting Group, LLC. Matt has more than 17 years of experience as a trusted advisor with his public and private clients primarily focusing on corporate taxation and accounting for income taxes. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1998 and then with RSM tax before joining Dillon Consulting group in 2012.
Matt currently provides a variety of services for his clients, including ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) consulting, interim tax director roles, tax research, and other special tax projects. His public accounting experience focused on various industries including technology, biotechnology and manufacturing, where he provided clients with corporate tax planning and general tax consulting.
