Jason Bell, J.D., LL.M. Taxation
Jason joined Dillon Consulting Group, LLC in January 2011. He began his career in 2000 at Defranceschi & Klemm, P.C., a boutique law firm providing legal services to clients, including tax representation, estate planning, and business consulting. He represented clients with an emphasis on Federal and State Tax Controversies.
In 2007, Jason joined the tax department at Deloitte. His role included tax planning, tax consulting and income tax compliance. While there, Jason also completed extensive work on state taxes and the implications to each of his clients.
Due to his prior experience, Jason is able to offer a unique service to his clients. He provides technical tax and consulting services to a variety of industries. Jason provides his clients with assistance with state and local tax compliance, ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) preparation and review, tax authority representation, interim tax director roles, and other special projects.
