Jason M. Dillon, CPA
Jason is the founder and managing member of Dillon Consulting Group, LLC. Jason has more than 17 years of experience as a trusted advisor with his public and private clients. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1997 and then with Deloitte Tax. His public accounting experience focused on the technology and software industries, where he provided clients with corporate tax planning and general tax consulting.
In 2005, Jason founded J.M. Dillon, LLC, an independent tax consulting firm. Since then, he has utilized his vast tax experience and hands-on approach to become an integral member of his clients' tax and finance teams. Through his knowledge and experience Jason helps his clients successfully manage and complete the task at hand, as well as help them evaluate and monitor the larger tax impact to make sure their overall tax function goals are accomplished.
Jason provides a variety of services for his clients, including ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes) consulting, interim tax director roles, tax research, and other special tax projects. A name change, and many years later, Jason and his team have grown to an 8 person organization with the focus of providing outstanding service on every engagement.
